Article 1 General Provisions

Tera (hereinafter referred to as "Company") collects essential items necessary to provide "Pace Teller" (hereinafter referred to as "Service") with user consent.

Personal information collection method: Mobile app (membership registration)

The Company values users' personal information and complies with the Communications Secret Protection Act, Telecommunications Business Act, Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and the Personal Information Protection Guidelines established by the Korea Communications Commission.

Article 2 Personal Information Items Collected

We collect only the minimum personal information necessary to provide services. The items collected are as follows:

① Location data, email, password, nickname, service usage records, access logs, cookies, access IP information, health information (exercise records, heart rate, etc.)

Article 3 Collection Method and Consent of Personal Information

The Company obtains consent for the collection and use of members' personal information.

When installing and using this service from a smartphone store, consent procedures for the privacy policy are prepared, and clicking the consent button is considered consent to the collection and use of personal information.

Article 8 Retention Period and Usage Period of Personal Information

  • The Company continues to retain personal information provided by members while they maintain their membership status.
  • When consent for personal information provision is withdrawn (membership withdrawal), collected personal information is immediately destroyed and cannot be used for any purpose except for exceptional regulations.
  • However, information that must be preserved according to relevant laws is retained for the period specified by those laws.

Members can request personal information deletion through the following methods:

* Requests are processed within 7 business days, and a confirmation email is sent upon completion.

This privacy policy is effective from January 11, 2025.
