Terms of Service

Article 1 (Purpose)

These terms and conditions aim to specify the terms and procedures for the use of the Pace Teller service (hereinafter referred to as "Service") provided by Tera (hereinafter referred to as "Company"), and the rights, obligations, and responsibilities between the Company and members.

Article 2 (Definition of Terms)

• "Service" means all services provided by the Company.
• "Member" means a person who agrees to these terms and conditions, applies for service use, and receives approval from the Company.
• "Account" means an email address selected by the member and approved by the Company for member identification and service use.

Article 3 (Effectiveness and Amendment of Terms)

• These terms and conditions become effective for all members who wish to use the service.
• The Company may amend these terms and conditions within the scope that does not violate related laws such as the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions.
• When the Company amends the terms and conditions, it shall notify the effective date and reasons for amendment along with the current terms and conditions on the service's initial screen from 7 days before the effective date to the day before the effective date.

Article 4 (Provision of Services)

The Company provides the following services:

• Running record measurement and analysis service
• Running performance prediction service
• Running-related information provision service
• Other services that the Company additionally develops or provides to members through partnership agreements with other companies
